Bank account
The only way to withdraw money is into a bank account.
The Remote Gambling Act stipulates that customers of online gambling websites must verify their bank account when registering. This requirement ensures that the licence holder will always be able to pay a customer and know that it is the correct person. It does mean that, besides your bank account (also called a “contra account”), there is no other method for money withdrawal.
If you have multiple bank accounts and you want to change your contra account, you can do this on request. We will then have to verify this bank account with you again, so that we can be sure that you are the owner.
Cancelling Withdrawal
For most withdrawals, it is possible to cancel them via the cash register, within 8 hours of the request. The money will then be transferred back into your cash balance. Subsequently, you can use it to play with again.
It is not possible to cancel a withdrawal if the request is made after reaching your balance limit. The same applies if the cancellation option has been removed from your account.

Withdrawal at balance limit
If you reach your balance limit while playing, you will not be able to continue playing until you withdraw all or part of your winnings. You will then be asked to request a payment via the cash register. Once the withdrawal has been confirmed you can continue playing.
When will I be paid?
If you request a withdrawal, it will be processed by us the next working day. It will depend on your bank how soon you’ll see the amount appear on your statements.
Withdrawal and Bonus
If you request a withdrawal and you still have an active bonus, please note that you will have to cancel this bonus – unless you continue playing. This is stipulated in the bonus rules of 777.nl, to prevent any possible abuse of bonus promotions.
