The playthrough requirement is the number of times you need to wager the amount specified in the promotion before your bonus money can be converted into withdrawable real money.

When can I withdraw my money?
Once you have completed 100% of the playthrough requirement, the eligible bonus balance is converted into real money and can be withdrawn.
Your real-money balance can always be withdrawn, even while a bonus is active.
However, if you request a withdrawal before completing the playthrough requirement, your remaining unwagered bonus money will be cancelled and permanently lost. Before confirming the withdrawal, you will be informed and asked to confirm that you wish to continue.
How long do I have to complete the playthrough?
The validity period depends on the promotion:
- Deposit and Get: 10 days after the bonus is credited to your account.
- Welcome Offer: 15 days after the bonus is credited to your account.
If you do not complete the playthrough requirement within the applicable validity period, the remaining bonus money and related winnings will be removed from your balance.
