The applicable requirement and the games that contribute to it depend on the promotion. You can check your account at any time to see:

- Which games contribute to the playthrough.
Once you have completed 100% of the playthrough requirement, the eligible bonus balance is converted into real money.
Who can receive a bonus?
You must be eligible for bonus promotions and meet the specific conditions of the offer.

How long is a bonus valid?
Each bonus has a deadline for claiming it, as stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions. Once this deadline has passed, the bonus can no longer be claimed.
After claiming or receiving a bonus, the following validity periods apply:

You must opt in, wager the amount specified in the promotion and claim your Free Spins on the same day.
Once claimed, the Free Spins remain valid for 10 days.
Deposit and Get
This bonus has a 40x playthrough requirement and remains valid for 10 days after being credited to your account.
Welcome Offer
The Welcome Offer has a 40x playthrough requirement and remains valid for 15 days after being credited to your account.
If you do not complete the applicable playthrough requirement within the bonus validity period, the remaining bonus money and related winnings will be removed from your balance.
Can I withdraw money while a bonus is active?
Yes. Your real-money balance can always be withdrawn. An active bonus does not lock your real money.
However, bonus money cannot be withdrawn until you have completed the playthrough requirement.
If you request a withdrawal before completing 100% of the playthrough requirement, your remaining unwagered bonus money will be cancelled and permanently lost.
Before confirming the withdrawal, you will be informed that your bonus will be cancelled and asked to confirm that you wish to continue.
What happens if I make another deposit?
If you still have at least €0.01 in bonus money when you make another deposit, the new deposit will contribute to the playthrough requirement of your existing bonus.
Making another deposit does not cancel your bonus or extend its validity period.
Can I cancel an active bonus?
Yes. You can cancel your bonus money in the “Bonus and codes” section of your profile.
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once cancelled, your full remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will remain untouched.

At least €0.01 from every bonus will be converted into real money.
