What is a session limit?

A session limit determines the maximum number of hours you can be logged in to our website. This can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Once you have reached your session limit, you will be automatically logged out and will no longer be able to log in. How long you cannot log in depends on the limit you have reached:

Daily session limits reset every day at 12:00 AM (UTC time)
Weekly session limits reset every Monday at 12:00 AM (UTC time)
Monthly session limits reset on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM (UTC time)
