Increasing your deposit limit
A request to increase your limit must always be reviewed and approved by our Customer Care team.
After submitting your request, contact us immediately via live chat or phone so we can approve it.
Once your increase is approved, it will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
So please contact us as soon as possible after submitting your request, so we can process it quickly.
Decreasing your deposit limit
A decrease to your deposit limit takes effect immediately.
You do not need to contact Customer Service for this.
